INGREDIENTS:
1 red yam
1-2 cans of canned yams (take juice out, or can buy 2-3 cans of yams in orange pineapple sauce)
1 banana, mashed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 or 1/4 cup OJ (omit if using yams in juice)
1 bag marshmallows
1 red yam

HOW TO:
Prick red yam with fork several times.
Cook for 8 minutes on HIGH in microwave - until soft and mushy.
Peel yam and put in mixing bowl with canned yams.
Mash with fork.
Puree with mixer.
Add mashed banana.
Add some juice to make creamier.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon and OJ to taste.
Place in baking dish.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or longer - until hot. Turn on broiler.
Put marshmallows on top and leave in oven until marshmallows are brown and gooey.
