Recky always makes this soup post Thanksgiving. Freezes great too!
INGREDIENTS:
Turkey carcass - leftover
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup barley
1/4 cup rice
Carrot - cut up
Onion - cut up
Salt & Pepper to taste
HOW TO:
Cover turkey with water.
Put in remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Cook slowly (after boiling) for couple of hours.
