Looking at this photo, we can't believe we ate this as kids, yet we loved it. Another Grandma Sylvia staple appetizer.

INGREDIENTS:
3 packages lemon gelatin
3 cups tomato juice
2-1/4 cup tomato soup (should be about one can)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 chopped hard boiled egg
1 lb. chopped cooked shrimp
1 can king crab meat
RUSSIAN DRESSING:
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Yellow Mustard
Horseradish
Start with mostly mayo. Then add ketchup and mix to make the right pink color. Add mustard and horseradish to taste. Mix together.
HOW TO:
Grease a 6-1/2 cup mold with vegetable oil.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling tomato juice. When cooled slightly, add tomato soup and lemon juice. Add egg, shrimp and crab. Pour into ring mold. Chill overnight.
Unmold and serve with Russian Dressing. Can also serve with Deviled Eggs.
