INGREDIENTS:
1 cup milk
2 12 oz. packages frozen shredded potatoes*, thawed
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
*NOTE: can now buy hash browns in refrigerated section
HOW TO:
Bring milk to a boil.
Add potatoes and cook until all cream is absorbed.
Mix in all other ingredients (except cheese).
Transfer into a greased shallow casserole dish.
Cover with cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for one hour or until golden brown.
