
This was an average weekday meal growing up in the Maltenfort household. I guess Recky did have a way of sneaking in the veg (knowing that if it was on the side, it would be carefully, while no one was looking, fed to Puppy).
INGREDIENTS:
2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped red and green peppers (you can use a little more)
1 can tomato soup
1 12-14 oz. bottle of ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO:
Brown meat.
Drain off grease. (There probably won’t be any with turkey meat)
Add rest of ingredients.
Simmer 1 hour on low.
Serve on rolls or buns.
