The Maltenfort family spent the winters in Scottsdale before moving there permanently in 1986. Grandma and Grandpa had a condo and as a family, we all loved going to the Grapevine restaurant for their famous Lavosh. Always followed afterwards with a trip down the street to the Sugar Bowl for Peppermint or Gum Ball ice cream!
HOW TO:
Butter the Lavosh cracker lightly.
Top with chopped peppers, onions, mushrooms, salami.
Cover with Harvarti cheese slices.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake 350˚ for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts.
Cut into slices and serve.
