Sylvia always had these on hand in her freezer in a cookie tin.

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup butter (Grandma used margarine)
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Chopped nuts (optional)
Powdered sugar to sift on top cookies
HOW TO:
Melt butter. Add sugar, egg, vanilla. Beat until smooth. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add dry ingredients. Fold in chips and nuts. Place in a 8" baking dish and bake at 350˚ for 30 minutes.
