INGREDIENTS:
3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
HOW TO:
Leave egg whites out for 1 hour. Beat whites until almost stiff. Add sugar in spoon by spoon. Add vinegar and vanilla.
Put on greased cookie sheet by taking meringue by big spoon and shape with spatula to size wanted. Bake for one hour at 300*.
Cool on baking rack.
Serve with ice cream and hot fudge.
